Fill out the form in an email and send it. We’ll be over your next delivery day for your first pick up and second delivery.

Let us know — one week in advance — and we’ll skip delivery that week, but can pick up if needed. We don’t credit accounts for vacation holds, but we do offer a free sleeve of Nest compostable diapers for your travels if you need them.

You will get the same amount for the first two weeks, and from there, we deliver the same amount as we pick up the week before. If you need more, shoot us an email.

We’re off on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. As for 2026, we're planning on taking all major holidays off — for those impacted, we will shift your delivery/pickup day back by one. i.e. our Thursday route will become a Friday route on Thanksgiving.

8 a.m. is a good time to have them out.

We have all our partners in cloth wash their own covers — it’s better for the longevity of the cover to have them washed in a home machine.

Please, don’t. It impacts the washing quality and can create a mess in the dryer.

When you get your bin, and all the things inside, take the lid off — there are slots on the back and that’s where you slide the deo disk. Some people also add essential oils or baking soda to the bag if/when needed. Ultimately, poop and pee stink. It’s part of the gig for a while.

Our main purpose is to reuse. Reuse. And reuse. Each diaper is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, but in this business, stains happen. We do our best to discontinue torn diapers and the ones with “WHOA!” stains. The rest have a job to do.
